More than a date on a calendar

Most trackers tell you when.
Lapine helps you notice how.

A period estimate can be useful. But the real value begins when your calendar, mood, symptoms and everyday life start making sense together.

The old way · 01

Generic phase rules

“You should feel energetic today” can feel worse than no forecast when your body says otherwise.

The old way · 02

Notes without a story

Mood here, symptoms there, dates somewhere else — but nothing helps you see what repeats.

The old way · 03

Precision theatre

A calendar estimate is still an estimate. Lapine keeps uncertainty visible instead of dressing it up as certainty.

PerimenopauseChanges, symptoms and personal history without claiming an exact stage.
How Lapine works

A small ritual.
A clearer month.

You do not need to become your own data scientist. Just leave a few honest marks; Lapine does the remembering.

01

Check in

Mark mood and relevant symptoms in about 30 seconds. Skip anything you do not want to track.

02

Compare gently

See a careful calendar-based possibility, then tell Lapine whether it matched your actual day.

03

Notice what repeats

Personal patterns appear only after your own records support them — not because a phase stereotype said so.

From prediction to observation

The calendar is a starting point.
You are the signal.

Lapine can compare a gentle estimate with your real check-ins and show where your personal rhythm differs from the generic curve.

  • Forecasts are labelled as estimates, with uncertainty kept visible.
  • Patterns need repeated observations before Lapine surfaces them.
  • Irregular and hormonal contexts keep the journal without guessing ovulation.

Before & after

Less second-guessing.
More useful context.

Before Lapine

“Why do I feel off again?”

  • ×Dates in one app, moods in notes, symptoms in memory.
  • ×Generic advice that assumes every cycle feels the same.
  • ×Planning first, then blaming yourself when the forecast misses.

Questions, honestly answered

No magic.
Just better attention.

Lapine is designed to be useful without making medical promises it cannot keep.

Is Lapine a medical app?

No. Lapine is a wellbeing journal and calendar companion — not a medical device, diagnosis, contraception or medical advice. For medical concerns, use a qualified professional.

Does it predict exact ovulation?

No. For a regular natural cycle, Lapine may show a possible fertile window based on calendar dates. It is an estimate, not contraception, and it cannot confirm ovulation or pregnancy.

What if my cycle is irregular?

Lapine keeps the journal useful without guessing exact phases or ovulation. Your records can still help you notice changes and prepare for conversations with a clinician.

Do I have to log every day?

No. A 30-second check-in is there when it helps. Patterns need enough observations to be meaningful, but Lapine does not punish gaps or turn self-care into a streak.

Where does my data go?

Your wellbeing journal stays on your device. Optional encrypted partner status and purchase validation are the limited exceptions, explained clearly in the Privacy Policy.
